Tune question about hp numbers, fact or fiction?

I just traded my 10 LT for an 09 SS, manual with the performance package and I love it. I was hoping to add a little more HP and I am not really looking to add performance mods in the future accept for the tune. I emailed trifecta and asked about the budget tune and possible HP/torque improvements. They said, "You can expect at least 300hp/340tq from the budget tune on a totally stock vehicle". Is that what I can realistically expect?

If you do trifecta at least get the "custom" tune. You need the tune dialed in for your car, temp, altitude, gas, etc

Cool

300 h.p. is easy - - heck, the GM upgrade gives you 290 h.p.!
