If anyone was curious, that second cable posted appears to just be using a USB to 9 pin serial converter.

and thanks for posting that info xtreme.. Ive been saving up for a tune and didnt know about the 3 bar sensor. I can't believe that harness kit is $100 though. It's just some wire and connectors ;\

I went to my friendly GMC dealer last we and gave him the numbers for the Connectors I got off of here and was told that he could not get JUST the connectors and they were only available with the Complete GM Tune Package at about $440.00. He is a friend of mine and I was there when he called it in so I’m somewhat sure be was not BS’ing me. I guess I’ll be getting mine on-line.

The 3-bar sensor harness is only avail through Crate Engine Depot. I believe same goes for the sensors by themselves as well.

The harness is a Crate Engine Depot exclusive. The Tmap sensors you should be able to obtain from other sources. Those Bosch sensors are not a special made part just for the GMTU kit.

Just ordered my Sensors, O-rings and harness kit, things are coming together and now if I can just find a Stock Downpipe for and Automatic SS I'll be ready to go.

Thumbs up

I went with the trifecta with no new sensors.

No problems with install.

Lots of rain here but still some chances to try things out

Biggest pleasant surprises are the smoothness of the power and the quicker throttle response. So much so that I'll leave the trifecta tune on for my wife too.

Not sure what the custom part will tweak but so far I'm super happy.

Great bargain!

That's a good idea, my wife thought something was wrong with the car when I switched off the tune, I guess she drives it a little more spiritedly (is that a word ?) than I thought. .
