Water cooled Turbo

So in the morning when i start my car, it honestly sounds like there is water running in side of the car. Would this be due to our turbo system being water cooled or is it another issue. Also does any of your turbos sound like it has a flutter when you step off the gas? My techs at my dealership are awful and do not know much about the 2.0T system we have in our cars.

Our turbos are watercooler and i hear the same thing in the morning. Its nothing to worry about man. Now as far as the flutter goes.... what mods are done to your car?

Ok thats what i figured i just didnt know, and i had the dejon spring for about a day, but i wasnt happy with it so i took it out a day later, so the car is currently stock. The flutter was also around before the spring. I am not exactly sure what could be causing it.

it could be surge. mine surges like a B****!!!!!!!! Took it to the dealer and they said there is no code so there is nothing they can do about it. what a bunch of dumb f's. I feel your pain there. I'm not too concerned with it cause the turbo is getting replaced this summer with bigger and better things they shop foreman said that the flutter is my bypass valve. i called him a freggin idiot and took my car and left. hmmmmm a bypass valve goes pssst not dududududu. I also asked them how many turbo cars they have done any work on besides an oil change and they said ZERO well then cowboy how the hell do you think you are gonna fix my car then? that's why i just left

No it went slightly away, but then got loud again and threw a code. Then i tried driving with out the box lid on and it sounded like i was a vacuum that could drive haha. Then you couldnt hear anything but the flutter. Ill try and get some sound clips to get the exact sound.
