well i am 30 and they think im an idiot too....they think all of us are idiots

i have had 2 bad experiences with 2 different dealers. i took the car in that time for a problem with my heater and the surging and they did a reflash to the ecu and said the heat and the surge were fixed.....neither unfortunately got fixed. they said that there were no codes so there was nothing else they can do.

also had a problem when i had my hahn tune installed with the car going into limp mode. so i took the tune off and took it to dealer 1 and claimed i was having boost incosistancies...which i was also having with the tune. they said that the wastegate needed to be adjusted and that was not a warranty item, tried charging me $225, ended up paying the $85 diagnostic fee you agree to when you sign your car into service.

I later took the tune off when my upper hot pipe blew a hole in it the size of the grand canyon and no problems since stock with those issues

They charged you for wastegate work?? Its a part of the turbo which is a part of the drivetrain. I would have told them to F off

i would have but i had to get my car back so i just sucked it up....won't use them again...or really any chevy dealer in the atlanta area unless someone points me to someone who actually diagnoses problems instead of reading an f'n code scanner
