just wondering, not trying to pick a fight so don't read into this too much, but you're a Trifecta "tuner" right? do you actually use the Trifecta software to completely tune the vehicle or do you just email logs back and forth with Vince? if it's the latter, then i wouldn't call you a true Trifecta "tuner" but more of a Trifecta handler.

 

He's doing something better than the majority, least he can get a hold of Vince .

I refuse to spend more money with anyone whom can't return a call or answer an e-mail.

 

i m a trifecta reseller. i did over 90 reflash for him so far.

i use ezflash software

i send him a #vin then i get back a tune that i install.

then i log it. send it to vince and get a other if necesserry.

 

do you write your own ?

 

oh. that really sucks. i guess you have to make sure he's available before you can do any tuning or you'll be waiting for him to actually check his email.

 

nobody write a tune. only Vince does

he work from 12pm to 8 pm my time. NY time tuesday to saturday.

i thing i have good service from him. after 90 customer, i hope i have good connection

something, i can get a tune in 20 minutes warning.
