I have another question, has anyone else experieced problems with rotor warping. I have 27,000 miles on mine, and the brakes sqeal sometimes and with hard braking the steering wheel will shake a little. Can't believe the brakes need to bee done all ready. Thanks Bill.

My rotors were warped at like 15,000 miles, surfaced, and warped again by 30,000.

yea the brakes on the hhr have been spoken about many many times. seems like so far getting them resurfaced from time to time is the only thing thats working right now

 

Replaced front rotors with ebc dimpled and slotted, and greenstuff pads. Amazing improvement.
