doesnt look like it would take much to just connect the 2 pipes together and reassemble it ^_^ it "looks" OEM hehehheheheheh bet it would have a rich sound (leaving the cat intact) or even just trimming that curved piece out as to still have "some" muffler effect.... dunno, but it does look like a well thought out design!!!

Cat-Back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:bo w: It sure costs a lot of money but you are going to get more performance out of it if you replace the resonator as well as the muffler. I've got a magnaflow on mine, it sounds great (not too loud and not too ricey) and based on the "butt dyno" (seat of my pants) it feels like it added a quite bit of power. I also added a K&N Air intake and that adds power too!!! This is a good combo, and i'm thinking of adding a better throttle body, but not sure where to find one...

If you think it's to loud, you're too old.... At least that is what my son says. My rule of thumb is that if it does not set off car alarms as I drive by it's too quiet.

Just my 2 cents. replaced the rear muffler (resonator) with a smaller tube shaped reonator and replaced the front resonator with a turbo-pack. Sounds great. Not to loud in the back seat and very noticable outside.
