This is the diagram from the 2006 2.2. The wire colors are the same as the 2008 EXCEPT for the #1. It shows the tan changing to a black at the injector.
Sonia. You didn't say what color wires your's has or doesn't match,so hard for us to offer help. Maybe this diagram will help.

So disconnect the NEGATIVE battery terminal, disconnect the injector, disconnect the ECM #2, and check for continuity between pin 6 on ECM and injector connector.
