When i made pulleys for my cavalier it made 8 more HP and 6-7 more ft-lbs of torque. When i sold them to the cavalier guys they were 50 for the alternator pulley, and 125 for the crank pulley. Cavy on the dyno. Yes it is an automatic.

How hard are they to change?? Because 8 HP for $175 is not bad. Between that and the 15 from the intake and exhaust, we could be real close to 200. And that would make for a car in the 15's (although high).

Lee you are thinking just Hp trust me alot goes into whp...there is a huge debate weather or not the 2.4L will make 200whp or not.........What every one agrees on is that you will need intake, exhaust, headers and tune=160whp(proven dynos' and videos if you want links let me know) Then there are these cams coming which should add another 20-28whp...so what the word is, is that it is going to take alot to hit that 200whp N/A...Do able YES! but are you willing to do all these mods'

Or just save your cash and buy the new HHR SS with 260hp stock.

Then you have a much stronger base to start from...
