Question help please adding a turbo
#2
If you mean just "bolt up",then the answer is no... You could in theory bolt that turbo to just about anything, but making it actually work is a whole different story.
Unless you have the fab skills, know how and lots of time and money, you are better off trying to supercharge it.

If you have deep pockets and plenty of time, yeah you can turbocharge anything, is it practical...probably not. As George so aptly pointed out, supercharging a 2.2 is easier to do, not easy by any means....but "easier".
And for Heaven's sake don't do what this guy did.

Not a bad price. But you'll also need all the computers(ecm, bcm etc.) the entire wiring harness from a turbo car I believe. Transmission from a turbo car. Motor and trans mounts from a turbo car. Etc,Etc,Etc.Etc.
In other words, you would really need a complete donor car to change from a non turbo to turbo car.
It would work if your car was already a turbo edition. Trying to "convert" it would be a MAJOR operation.
