Does that mean you have no codes? A little confused, with that OBD discussion.

If there are no codes, it's tough. I have seen clogged cats cause this. Have you had issues with losing oil or coolant? Even if they were fixed, your cat might be gunked up. Does it run better after it has warmed up? Like, not great, but better. It could be a cat, but I would expect your O2 sensors would be howling...

He said O'Reilly could not pull codes because the OBD was not working. At least that is my texting translation.

And the internet says that "reduced PWR" message ALWAYS means the TB is broken
