Did I miss something here ????

I thought everyone agreed the CGS fits BOTH THE 2.2 and 2.4.

Isn't the question.....if the K & N fits the 2.2 as well as the 2.4?

Right, what I'm thinking is that the CGS(without modding), K&N, and others may fit the '07 2.2's.

Ok...my opps...I was confused with the question to SoCal.

So, has the underhood intake and collection box of the 07' 2.2 changed from the 06' 2.2 ????

The only thing I noticed was the valve cover, it looks like a 2.4 but doesn't say VVT under the ECOTEC.

There is just enough of a difference in the bolt pattern the the mounting bracket on the CGS needed to be modified. Courthousedeb did a write-up on her install I think.

Ok tomorrow i'll pull the aircleaner off no matter what the temp. My 07 has a coil on plug design like the 06 2.4's
