She'll be OK, thankfully.

Just sorry I let you down on the vid, hopefully in the next couple of days I'll be able get you some video of my 2.4 with the Borla system...unless someone beats me to it.

I installed mine on Saturday. Estimated 7 days shipping, got it in 3 days. Everything fit perfectly, my girlfriend could have installed it.

OEM Borla Exhaust

How would you know if your HHR came with the OEM Borla Exhaust? Is there a part number on the sticker in the glove compartment to indicated this?

The exhaust tip has GM embossed in the Stainless steel , the muffler has Borla embossed on it like this

HHR '06-'11 2.2/2.4L 4 CYL AT/ part # 19158628

It looks like the resonater is embossed Borla also.

Sounds great, I can actually hear it run now. I offered $250.00, they countered with $285.00. Should sound really great after I install a full length header and downpipe with a tune.

But still quiet?

I'm hoping for quiet, but nice when gasing it!

Is that true with this system?

That's the kit I bought Oldblue and it does not have the Borla name embossed anywhere on the system. The exhaust tip has the Chevy Bowtie embossed on it and the muffler and resonator have the GMPP embossed.

So that's what showing in the parts picture, I mistakenly thought it would be the Borla logo
