Not really. This is the latest.............
OK Bill had the information for getting the intercooler placed in the car.

I made new custom sheet metal end tanks for the new intercooler. And the intercooler will be ready to get into the car today or tomorrow. We will then work on the pipe routing we already know where we want it to go. But the bad new is you won’t have your HHR for your meet.

Most likely at that time the piping will be getting coated and Bill will be starting to tune with a uncoated set of pipes.

The project has progressed slower than I thought, but now once the piping gets going it is a down hill battle.

Soon you will be Happy Boosting!!
That was from an email I got on 7/29.

Dang. I really hope it comes out soon.

I wonder how much power you can get from it on the 2.2

So, the way I read it...I am planning on doing an SS bumper swap front and rear if I got this kit they would have to change it again? I assume you are still using your factory bumpers...

There should be no issue with the SS bumper. Mine required modifying the frame. Their goal is a 2.4 turbo that will fit any stock HHR. As far as I know, there was no structural change for the SS, so you should be good to go. Bill or Aaron at Hahn's would be the ones to ask though.

I am so pissed. I can't get a straight answer from Hahn. Can't even get Bill on the phone!

They have had my HHR for 8 MONTHS and can't give me any idea when it might be ready. I sent them an email asking for an update so I could plan for picking it up. This was the response I got..........
No update at this time, I will give you a heads up when Bill gets into the programming of the ECU.

I will be sending the ECU out on Monday for reflash back to stock, and then when it gets back it will be time to tune.

Piping will leave for the coaters on Monday or Tuesday.

Victory Red is the color they will be sprayed.
The computer should have been sent out months ago!

No matter what has happened, there is NO excuse for this. I seem to have the worst luck with having work done to my car. It always take three times longer to do than what I'm told. My HHR was dropped off at Hahn's sho 1/11/09.

I guess since I have already paid, they figure they can just put mine aside and take on new projects. I really have no idea what to do at this point.
