Intercooler choices

Anyone who wishes to chime in, it would be appreciated.
For you supercharged HHR aficianados. I was wondering what way you went. I want to use the Cobalt SS stock air charge radiator which is much wider than the HHR components. I am trying to figure out how to squeeze it in there.
Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks

Just making sure though we are on the same page... You want to use a heat exchanger right? Not an intercooler? If you are going SC then it'd be a H/E used in conjunction with the LSJ intake manifold.

I used the ZZP S3 and it will not fit without a good amount of trimming of the fascia and a little trimming of the bumper. I had to trim the lower part of the fascia quite a bit to fit it in and a little off the backside of the bumper. I notice you are sporting the SS fascia though. I think it'll fit behind that since it doesn't sweep back toward the car at the bottom. You may not have to do any cutting at all to get a good fit. That is one of the main reasons I wanted the SS fascia at the time.

Thanks Freek, I guess that in the back of my mind that I knew that Intercoolers were for Turbos. I think GM actually calls it an "Air Charge Radiator". I will use "Heat Exchanger" in the future.
I wanted to use the Cobalt one and possibly pair it up with one that goes on the bumber reinforcement
