Bolt on kit for 300 HP. If the cost is reasonable this sounds too good to be true. 300 HP in a 3200 pound car would be quite quick. (Nearly the perfect 1 HP per 10 pounds.) Perhaps quartermile times in the 13's? I wonder if it would void the warranty

Only after at least one of the rods goes through the pan !!!!

Geez, come on. You're thinking of a $3000-$5000 mod. and you are worried about a warranty.

Has anyone donr a piggy back computer like UNI-Chip, we have had good luck with that set-up on teh turbos we install on the 95-97 Toyota Landcruisers. With that the factory computer stays in tacted, and the UNI-Chip gets the program. They also use them on the WRX's and the 300Z with turbos..

The possible issue that people might run into is that the computer runs in closed loop.

Any type of significant change like this will void your warranty for the most part.

Im assuming aftermarket units dont offer this type of a/f monitoring on cold start-ups ? If not, im sure you could alter the a/f the way you want until warmup up, cause usually on the closed loop it runs kinda rich to heat the motor up quicker, correct me if im wrong peoples...

I don't know much about this....

Hahn Racing has a Solstice running in the 12's on street tires. I believe it's his turbo on the 2.4 running 13-15 # boost.

No, during this operation the computer constantly goes back and forth from lean to rich as it tries to keep in the 14.7 stoich operation.
