Tach/Speedo jump???

Tach/Speedo jump???
Anyone ever notice their tach and speedo jump right after turning off the car? I've got a 2LT MTX... usually park in the following fashion- stop ( 
), set parking brake, put vehicle in 1st, turn key off.
I haven't noticed if this happens 100% of the time, but it catches my eye more often than not.
Just curious if this is the "norm"?
