well, finally got around to making a gauge pod for my wideband and boost gauges. sculpted a dual setup, then made a mold of it... so i can make a few more maybe?? right now its just gel-coated fiberglass, but color matched should look alright.

Looks great. I thought about tyhat location but didn't want to hide so much of the gauge cluster. Be good to hear what you think after you've lived with it for a while.

its not that bad, ( horrible camera angle ) it only blocks the 10 mph and 1000 rpms at a driving stance ( seat all the way back and leanin), but i can sit up and see it just fine. i havn't hooked up the gauges yet, so im still wonderin how distracting the led's are gonna be

I'd miss the DIC. I'm real happy with the pods I've got. Only thing better would be mounted on the hood!

Why would you need a boost gauge? I put one in my car because I thought it looked kewl not that I needed it. Also, it doesn't seem like you do the tuning on your HHR(sorry if I'm wrong), but why would you need a wideband if not for tuning?

Since you asked so nicely, I needed them both to monitor performance and for tuning. and I thought the lookled cool too, mostly though for tuning. And even if I am not the one doing the tuning, the wideband is still needed.
