And as I've looked I really like the idea of fold back roofs and the panoramic sunroofs
Ive thought about this one as well. I think it would be cool to a get what the newer Libertys have, the cloth retractable roof.

If you absolutely need a sunroof, don't use anything but Inalfa.

You may have to go through them to find a competant installer.

My wife's SRX has Ultraview that is at least 4ft long. We never open it. If I was going to do it, I would go with a pop-up to just let hot air out but get one with a shade. They can be installed and not leak.

If you will really open it, then get the full electric. But I didn't know the roof structure changed if you had a factory sunroof.

I added a flip up on my Lumina not long after I bought it.... I love the thing, but the guys installing it didn't do it right. The headliner is coming down behind it, they cut too much out. Other than that it's great. I had it done at Ziebart. Never regretted buying a sunroof, I love it! But I do agree, go with a pro.

The one pictured in post #11 is along the lines of that I have seen posted here somewhere. I've searched all over and have not found it yet.

I did find one similar elsewhere.
These guys are Pro though:
