Question Removing interior trim?

I am planning on installing a remote radar detector. The type I have needs to have holes drilled in the dash. I want to put it over the window buttons. Does anyone know how to remove the piece of the interior?

One thing that I noticed was right below the window button is that rubber piece tray. You can pull out that rubber piece and ther is a nice size hole there to run wires or to connect something else too.

It just snaps out. The best way is to pull it open from the TOP. Notice the retangle slots this are were the snap clips engage. The wiring is kinda short on the window switches so don't pull the bottom out too far before disconnencting the connector. Hope this helps
