Running Boards go on tomorrow...

Ordered the running boards (it didn't have them) back when we signed on the dotted line for the HHR three weeks ago.

I called the Accessories guy at the dealer yesterday and he said they just came in. (Are GM special order parts always that slow?)

I'll be dropping it off early tomorrow morning for them to do the work. They'll be tinting the front windows, and the top of the windshield, and also putting on the rear bumber protective rubber strip at the same time.

I'll take pics when its done.

Ronzo, I can't speak to ordering GM parts in general, but just fyi I ordered my running boards on the day I picked up my HHR and they took 15 days to arrive. I had the dealer install them and they did a good job. Glad i got them.

Just picked it up from the dealer... can't wait to get home to take pics.

It looks good, y'all.

Tinted stripe on the windshield, front two windows tinted, running boards and the rear bumber cover thingy.

Running boards are sweet.

Thank you!

I'm thinking a new grill... but that's gonna be a tough sell with the boss.

Or... undercar lighting. LED type, that you can chage the color on. She's already said she would like that.

I think a new grille would be a much better investment that lighting. But then again...I don't really get the lighting thing.
