I didn't read this thread first, so there was a little trial and error getting the tabs to let go with a straight screwdriver, but here's how it looks:



I got bored over the holidays and I found some Rustoleum Gloss White in the shed so I thought I'd go for it.

Any suggestions on a filler for the license plate holes?

I specifically ordered the car without the front license plate bracket, but the dealer insisted they were required by law to install it, even though NC does not require front plates. I'd rather not have to order the whole bumper shell to get rid of the holes.
