That sounds more like an install issue to me. A flash wouldn't help you since you don't have the factory radio to flash. I'd take it back to where you had the install done.

Have to agree, the softwarte flash is only going to work on a stock radio. I have had no problems once I changed out my radio

I do have alot of work on installing into 00 and gm autos. That is a common problem with the Lan adaptors in general. I have yet to find a fix for this execept to make sure that all connections are proper and if that doesn't fix the issue then if possible and you are willing try a new one.
