Audio Aux jack

Does anyone know if there is an auxillary jack on the back of the stock radio. I would like to clean up my install more, I cannot stand to have wires showing. I have ran all my charging plugs/wires for my phone from under the center counsel (sp). Any suggestions or knowledge? Thanks

so what about if us 06 owners installed a 07 radio...would it have the interface port for the factory harness to make the Ipod feature through the radio controls/steering controls?

I saw somewhere that the 07's have a Ipod jack that links to the radio for Ipod navigation through factory controls/steering wheel buttons....I'd love to have that in my 06...

That's not an 07 feature. It's special adapter that can be bought through a GM parts dealer. To my knowledge it works on 06, 07, and 08 models but I could be wrong.

My GF Brenda works for GM parts dept at the dealership I bought my car. I'll try to find out what it takes to install the adapter harness. I am familiar with the harness, but how it gets integrated....I'll have to find out.

It is the PAL attachment. Dealer installed mine as an option. Santa forgot to bring it, so I bought Blackie a Nano iPod for Ephiphany

I'm still trying to figure out how to set up my playlists and stuff when I plug it in--it is more of a PITA sometimes then just using my old mp3 player in the jack, but once I get it set, it sounds great and using the steering wheel controls are cool..

Thank you...I'll have Brenda look up a PAL attachment.
I am also going to find how it "attaches".

It is GM part# 19171028. It does work on '06 but is listed for '07(was when I ordered mine). The PAL harness fits between the audio harness and the radio.

That's GREAT! Thanks. I'll have her look it up(price) and see when she can order me one.
Gm parts finder lists it at about $150...we'll see what she can get it for.

Thanks, ivtech, for the help and part number.
