Arrgg! Ok i have the 07 ls with no sub or pioneer system.and i am in Ontaro canada...

I have looked at all the audio threads as well as driving to two car audio and one pro installer, all of which were happy to sell me a head unit and speakers.
but when i asked about a wiring harness/ interface and even mentioning the gmos lan 3 thing all i got was a blank stare and "i dunno"

As for myself i can hook a stereo up, i have intalled one with a sub in my tiburon and a new HU in the wifes accent.
what i really want is to just buy a half decent HU and a set of 6.5 speakers.(this i can figure out)
I don't care about door chimes or anything

1 does scoshe have a dash insert for the hhr. no one here in Ontario seems to know.( It's the same one as a

You can try your luck with the different adapters out right now, but none will retain ALL the chimes,. alarms, etc. Some miss the turn signal clicker, others something else.

If you've done several installs, just chop the plugs off and wire direct. (*Save the plugs of course for later when you sell the car, they can be easily reattached with butt connectors.) Email me and I can send you a wiring diagram explaining the color codes. For me it was the fastest way to get good sound...

Allright, the proverbial bullet has been bitten.
i do not have onstar or remote start, i don't care if the door chimes when its open, actually i hate the ding ding sound.
I just want to run 12v to a HU of some kind.A memory wire(not sure if thats what ya call it)
and hook up some new speakers
so tomorrow I am off shopping for a HU and speakers and if i can get a package deal i may get an amp and sub....
