I've searched the threads before asking and haven't found what I was looking for. Here is my dilemma. My power button and the two buttons on the ends ( #1 and #6 ) work when they want to. Does anyone have an idea of what's going on or how I can fix it? Your help is appreciated.

 

The display/button assembly is showing its age, they can be repaired if you can live without your head unit for a few days. I've used these folks in the past with good results.

Or you can use it as an opportunity to upgrade to an aftermarket unit.

 

any suggestions on an aftermarket radio that'll fit with a stock look?
