Mine:

I will find a better way to secure the sub

Amps

Remote gain on the PA monoblock is on the left of the dash, under the wheel, very handy because believe it or not, that sub packs a real punch

Nice choice on the Hertz Hi-Energy! How well do they fit in the doors and behind the panels?

Thanks

I didn't do the install myself, but the installer didn't seem to have any issues. He did mention that the depth in the rear doors wasn't as much as the front and he had to use Deflex pads instead of Dynamat...

other than that the components are in the stock locations in the A-pillars and no significant modifications or extra adapters (spacers rings etc) were needed.

Gotta have one of my amps replaced.

The Kicker shot craps; keeps cutting out. Thankfully it has about a month left in the warranty. Gonna have an extra battery added at the same time so my headlight quit dimming at night.

BTW, Navyflyer, finally got that new box of mine to thump. When they were checking out the amp, they re-tuned everything for the new box. Sounds great now. Got another car-shaker!

Wouldn't a capacitor fix that better? Or is it dimming all the time and not just with the 'punches' ?

I've been told that while a capacitor will help, will all I want to do and since the HHR has a crap battery anyway, this will be the best longterm solution.
