is there a way to turn up volume louder on prem radio??

Add an amplifier with speaker-level inputs and speakers that will handle the power.

Ummm....what those guys said, honestly the Premium system is loud enough for me, that's probably due to the gray hair and stuff.

 

Go faster!!! . Set the speed compensated volume control mode to its highest setting and drive like a bat out of hell! Go fast enough and you'll get maximum volume.
All kidding aside. The stock premium radio volume is not all that loud. No way to make a stock system louder, other than the speed/compensated volume setting.
