Is the "Sport Tuned" Suspension lower than normal height? Or is it more in the spring rate and anti-roll bar?

I'm getting ready to lower it, been going back in forth between just leveling or dropping it with a set of Gold Lines.

 

same height as the softer LS FE1 suspension but rate is different via the shocks and struts.... Springs are the same from what I'm told. I believe the front sway bar is different too.

Level it and add a rear swaybar, you'll love it.

Drop all four corners, you'll love it even more. And don't forget that sway bar!
