I researched them, and read a lot of reviews before buying them. After I got them, I started hearing about other people having problems. But the really frustrating part that I never imagined was not being able to talk to them. Even the dealer I bought them through has no contact phone number for EBC.

I have talked to EBC and emailed them numerous times. they are actually quite nice there. I have put almost 18,000 miles on my EBCs and i am starting to get a little shimmy but nothing major.So i wouldn't talk down on them they actually sell a great product.

Please tell me how you reached them? I could find any way to contact them. I recognize they are a major company that advertises on Speed channel, Summit, etc and am sure they would work with me if I could only speak to them.

! But if Lee has made numerous attempts to contact EBC about product issues with no success then whats the Guy to do 
? We've all purchased something in our lifetime that we were not satisfied with either the product itself or the non-customer service that goes along with it
