It's certainly the correct description, thank you for your help. All my stuff get's here tomorrow so I think I'll bite the bullet and go to the Chevy parts counter to get two. Dealer parts costs are always so darn expensive though!

I used the GM part number to search Autozone and O'reilly. Oreilly says it matches the part number but not the car, don't know what that means, but the description is right.
take the Dorman part number and search Advance, if that's all you have nearby.

Yes, but like I said the description fits, and that is what I got with a GM part number. The prices are about the same as GM.
I don't think Advance/Zone/O'r admit to having many parts for old cars anymore. I know it was difficult getting oil filters in 2007.
I didn't worry about new ones on my cars, I doubt many shops do.

Here's the conclusion to what was in there.
The LCA's that were in there were the wrong ones, stamped steel. The ball joints that were bolted to the stamped steel LCA's were 20mm instead of the 20.5mm correct ones. The rotors were warped and both wheel bearing hubs were shot. The sway bar end link ball joints were loose and the sway bar bushings are worn.
What I've done.
Two new GM LCA/ball joint assemblies , Moog hubs, GM rotors, axle nuts, and Moog sway bar end links. Still have to do the sway bar bushings now sitting on the work bench. Feels like a whole new animal. Got other small stuff to do but I really like this Little Red Wagon. I'm posting just a few pics with the measurements of the correct vs. wrong size ball studs and a .000" run out pic on the rotor with my Starrett last word indicator. Life is good again.
Thank you all so much for your quick helpful responses!
