has anyone tried using Prothane Polyurethane Front Control Arm Bushing Inserts?
I was looking into them also.

 

This looks similar to the bushings in our Trucklets front LCA.
But the rear bushing doesn't seem to have the metal ring you would press in.
Are the directions available, do they instruct to cut or melt out the old bushing?
Just curious.

Well that wasn't hard the instructions say to burn out the old bushings per generic directions
