Back in the day the wheel alignment was done during the PDI if deemed required by the technician during a test drive.

 

Pre Delivery Inspection. Had to Google it.

Yep. Same as they do for a "certified" used car.

My daughter found a "certified" used Mazda at a Mazda dealer. We went to look at it and test drive. "It's at a body shop". So it's not "certified" because you obviously couldn't check all the boxes yet, but you're advertising as "certified".

 

My first HHR was "certified" , I wonder why there was no paint on the fender bolt heads and the CarFax said it was almost totaled. The Chevy dealer gave me $750 back, and lost a future customer.
