Lowest i can safely go without bottoming out, ever?

I dropped my S-10 4" F / 5" R & after 10 yrs, that was enuff..

Now my panel I leveled & loving it, almost 3 yrs now...

I had an Xtreme that was lowered 4/5 and while I love the look, the ride was absolutely terrible. My magnum was lowered on 20's with eibach springs, but it was very mild...like 1-1/2" front and back...never bottomed out and rode smoother than stock.
