Need Help. Dreaded "Clunk" Already Replaced bushings AND links...

HHR's have shocks in the rear, not struts.

I've seen some parts books call the rear shocks struts. When I saw it once I checked and they did list the correct number for shocks.

It! Well worth the effort, I changed mine with an air chisel the first time , and a ball joint press the second time!

The first replacement rubber bushing is on the right with approximately 60,000 miles, that was an OEM GM bushing! Yeah!

The Moog bushing is on the left!
funny how the Moog on mine blew itself out and I also put 90 degree nipple grease endings on mine too easy access and I had to still replace mine so I'm going back to original ACDelco

It sounds like you may be talking about the sway bar bushings, which accept zerk fittings. Did you grease them periodically?

In this thread, Oldblue is referring to the lower control arm rear bushing. I cannot recall anyone putting zerks on the control arms.
