Yeh, I was able to find it on youtube. I'm just waiting on my new bushings to get here. Hopefully today.

i am afraid i also have to change the poly bushings to sway bar,
one year after i cured front end clunking with greasable energy suspension sway bushings, and now its back and worse than ever. still some digging to do but is there difference in poly bushings, which to order from rockauto... I really dont want to do this for 3rd time

Did you use the greaseable poly bushings?
If so just a pump of grease should do the trick!
