Won’t go forward? But goes backwards. Probably need to replace the fluid pressure lines that are above the filter. That’s what was the problem for the_shmoo’s 2007 LS . He removed the pipes and saw one was cracked and broken right at the flange

interesting aspect
thanks for the advice buddy
I will definitely bring this to the attention of "the vet".
This is the pipe assembly Carefully inspect for cracked welds
This part number 24202349 manufactured in Costa Rica, is designed for the 4T40E transmission.
looks scary/expensive, hope my contraption is ok.
A cursory search shows that I can buy this in Russia, but the price is biting - 200-300 USD. I don't see it in China yet.
Found in Kuwait for 150 USD, but some more money will have to be paid for delivery.
It is useless to watch in the USA, USPS has frozen shipments to the Russian Federation, and alternative carriers are quite expensive. It's a pity, Russian mail does shipping to the USA without distortion and restrictions..
Maybe Canada? Haven't checked yet.
I see this thing in Moscow for 50 USD - I think it's used. I called the owner of the store, but the time is not right. We have these days officially non-working, the big holiday is Victory Day, so not many work. I'll call him the day after tomorrow, find out what and how.
I really don't want to pay extra. I hope I'll be able to seal this hole if found it.
Hi guys.
My epic is coming to an end (at least I hope so). In a couple of days I will pick up the car from repair.
What happened during this time:
1. The guy (the first guy) to whom I gave the car in May diagnosed: “the hydraulic unit is broken!” He did not say what broke in the hydraulic unit. But he started talking to me rudely and neglected car repairs. He behaved like a complete as*hole. In general, our relationship with him almost came to the point of hand-to-hand combat. As I realized later, the cost of repairs he assigned turned out to be insufficient and he couldn’t come up with anything better than accusing me of all mortal sins and, under this pretext, refusing to do the repairs.
I picked up my car with the removed and disassembled transmission and moved it to another guy.
2. It was already June. The second guy seemed adequate to me, although in fact he turned out to be as*hole No. 2. He got to work and promised me every time he would fix the transmission the next week. In September he disappeared from radar and left the city to live in Rostov. His director reported that he suddenly and terribly fell ill. But it seems to me that this scoundrel simply collected orders and then simply ran away with the money. But! At least he found and ordered all the necessary parts and prepared the transmission for assembly.
3. The owner of the car service center (see point 2) replaced the director and all the staff, promised to fix my transmission in the coming days and kept his promise. Finally a man who keeps his word. By the way, local... Unlike the first two As*holes, who are natives of the south of Russia.
And so - the transmission is assembled and placed in its rightful place; the electrical wiring that was damaged by As*hole #1 has been restored; the starter, air filter housing and automatic transmission mount, which were lost by As*hole No. 2, have been found; Some work related to long-term downtime was carried out.
In a couple of days, Hippo will leave the hospital... to go to the body shop. I want to get the car in order as much as possible.
The whole epic with the transmission cost me about 1200 USD if converted to rubles at today's exchange rate.
