Featured rants, raves, ideas, suggestions & discussion.
There's not a rule that I know of and this is the first time this issue has come up.
And that along with hundreds of other reasons can sway your vote against that entrant. Just don't vote for them if you don't like their ride or you don't like how they present their ride or any of the other reasons stated in this thread. To each their own.
But it needs to be kept out of their submission thread to protect all entrants. Remember it's a beauty contest and it's subjective by all who vote.
Just FYI for those who might care:

P.S. To the Haters on this forum,
The real question should have been how did I put Corvette wheels with a 5/4.75 bolt pattern on my HHR with it’s 5/110 MM bolt pattern. I might suggest it would be far easier to do that though, than to Photochop (as you call it) all those pictures so perfectly.
Get a Life! As to not getting into the mix with the lack luster postings… I know what I have and didn’t feel it productive to reduce myself to the ilk of some of the negative posts. Reading the posts would have almost become comical if it hadn’t been so sad and cheerless.
One more thing---read the “ my mods ” and nowhere will you read that I have installed dual exhaust on my HHR. I will let you in on something. Take a picture of anything you want and it can be applied to the surface without damage to the paint as a wrap. Have you heard of vehicle wraps, they used to be called decals? Or it can be even be air brushed.
Here is a good example of quality air brushing that I had done to an XB that I owned back in 2004. I had the chrome side trim from a 57 Chevy BelAir painted on the side of the XB that looked so real you had to run your finger over it to know that it was only painted on. How come no one claimed the embroidered seats were photochopped.
I won’t let this experience discourage me, however I will just be a little more cautious who I let into my world. Certainly, not “Haters”.

Wow, how crazy is this! I am so completely confused. I do not want to go back and read 100 posts, so I am going to assume a few things...photoshop HHR's should be allowed in the contest....because there is no real real prize? I am a past winner, and that pisses me off!! The people that have been on this forum for years...yes! I said years..tend to take this seriously. Real cars win this honor, and it is an honor! No photoshop, if it where that easy I would do a little dual exhaust, maybe drop it a few more inches, hell, why not some awesome 22''s. Hey let's just see who can make the neatest car on the computer. It was an honor a years ago, hope to keep it that way, Todd (Uma)

I think you're right, that should really be addressed. Especially now that the idea is out there, who know what wild entries we may get. This is a much more timely issue than what I'd brought up.
