5 speed rpm shift knob

Hello all, I am looking for the part number for the OEM chrome shift knob top, mine is broke and I prefer not to epoxy it on.

It doesn't appear to be available separately, you'll probably have to try an auto parts recycling yard. Instead of epoxy, how about just a little dab of silicone or some other caulking?

Let me guess, the 4 little clips finally gave way. Mine did the same, fist got loose, then came off. I used a little gorilla glue and solved the problem...

Solman98, you're spot on! I have some clear RTV adhesive I used for my LED taillights on my turbo gbody wagon, I'll try that for the shifter knob.

I put a dab on each tab and left it in place overnight. Rock solid and looks like factory. Just be careful to not get any on the outside of the shifter.
