Recently I started my HHR 06 and the engine light was on and the temp gauage did not register. I took it to the dealer and they reloaded power train software to fix the problem. No new parts needed. Now, the coolant is not registering a value. Has anyone else had this issue or something similar?

 

Some members have had trouble with the coolant gauge not registering. I believe most had one of the TWO sender units replaced.

 

It happened to my HHR 2 weeks ago. They reflashed the ECM then they had to changed the thermostat to get it all correct!
