Approaching a fork in the road..........
Well, I've owned the HHR for almost a year and a half.....
I would have still been driving a 2003 Focus wagon had I not had that little incident at the top of the pass on the way to Bend......
I'm seriously thinking of selling the HHR.......back story goes like this:
I've always loved station wagons, but very rarely actually owned one. Also have only once previously had a 'project' vehicle that I could have fun with.
I had been putting lots of miles on the HHR up until now for my business, but I've scaled back the long-distance stuff recently.
I think the time is right to get an older station wagon - something I can fix up to my liking, go to a few car shows - have some fun with it.
Not sure what I'll end up with at this point.....
Ad will probably be up in a couple weeks or so.......

If you have another car as a daily driver go for it. My 06 HHR is my daily driver and I have three toy cars that I have fun with. The HHR is used a lot as I like the flexibility of a "wagon" type vehicle. Big enough to carry car parts.

sage advice here. DO NOT try to drive a project vehicle or toy vehicle daily. Especially one that starts out rough. If the engine/transmission and paint are all staying the same as purchased, then you can attempt it, but be aware some jobs may take more than an evening to complete. Jobs that say a 30 year old car might need...
