I think I'm too young to have an automatic. LOL

I have 2 cars now that are both 5-speeds. I also have a Dodge Ram truck with a HEMI and I almost didn't buy it because it only comes with an automatic. Stick is not an option.

Sticks shifts are just for you young ones. I'm a 52 year old grandma and I love my 5spd and really know how to get on it. Stick to your guns and you'll find what you want.

Dealer called back. It's a 1LT Spring Edition in victory red with a 2.4 and 5-speed.

I really didn't want red, but this is tempting.

OK cj enough, you don't have to get personal or insulting, we're talking about manual and automatic tranny's, what the crap does this have to do with Tokyo and myself lowering our ride's, and all those others who have. The gentleman who started this post just wanted to hear peoples preference. Just because you prefer an auto doesn't make the choice for us who prefer manuals wrong. No matter how you slice it, an auto will never have the sportiness of a manual, even with "I" drive. Nor will it give you as much control over engine RPM or braking.

Yes, the sound of any given RPM with auto or manual would be pretty much the same, but it's when it's shifting through the gears that's a world of difference. I can sit by and listen to any vehicle launch from a light and tell you if it's an ATX or MTX, the ATX will always slip between gears to some degree and dosen't sound as crisp between gears and a manual.

You want to make this personal take it to PM's....I'm out
