According to my window sticker, it was optioned on the car by the dealer. I bought my HHR in September. The only extra I did not get were side-air bags,
onstar, leather seats and the six-cd player. Who knows?

 

How can I go under a check it and know for sure? What do I need to look for?

 

Or is it a 2LT?

 

Well you did say it's an LT, so I'm assuming it's a 2LT

 

Does your window sticker include the $1800 2LT package? Do you have a two-tone instrument panel? According to Chevy the two-tone instrument panel only comes on the 2LT.

 

I am having a very hard time finding a 5spd. I really hate the idea of spending almost $1000 for something I don't even want. I've even emailed dealerships over 150 miles away. I keep getting the "sign here and we'll find it for you".

NO, I'm not signing anything til I give it a try first. Highly doubt I won't like the 5spd in the HHR, but anything is possible.

 

I feel for ya, my dealer looked everywhere for a 2.4 with 5 speed for me but couldn't find one. The best they could do was locate a 2.2 5 speed LS, but it didn't have other options that I wanted. So I ended up ordering the one I have.

 

That's the problem I had. The places that had HHRs wouldn't send them to the dealership I was working with. I just happened to get lucky and walked into one of the dealerships my salesperson was trying to get an HHR from. (I actually felt bad about that. But she couldn't get it for me, all she could do was offer ones I couldn't comfortably afford. :

 

Haha, that's funny. I didn't know the 2LT has a two tone instrument panel. It's pretty obvious that I haven't even looked inside of a 2LT. Someone post a picture of the 2LT instrument panel so I can see what they look like compared to my monotone 1LT panel.

 

I did manage to locate an LS 5spd, but that's not what I want either. May actually settle though. I think the 5spd might actually be more important to me than the 2.4.
