I get to the Chicago area 4 times a week, and lately in Bedford Park (just off Harlem) I keep seeing a Black HHR Panel with black bra and custom wheels. I've seen it driving in the area twice and parked in the area several times...always clean and shiny. Was just wondering if it belongs to anyone here.
