CNET reviews HHR

Reviewing the review and Reviewer
This review is typical of many car reviews: it's contradictory. For instance, it says "The good: Making a strong styling statment, the HHR..."
Yet, then it says "The bottom line: Although we aren't crazy about the exterior of the 2007 Chevrolet HHR, we give it credit for making a strong statement".
WTF? This is passive-aggressive writing! IT'S STRONG! BUT WE DON'T LIKE IT! BUT WE GIVE THEM CREDIT!
It's like an abusive parent. C'mon, a 5th grader could have done better...
He rags on Onstar. Hey Onstar is its own device, and is not unique to the HHR. He conveniently left that part out.
As far as "loose handling", what is he comparing that to, a Z06 Vette? Maybe he's never driven a car like the HHR; he gives no basis for that remark.
The reviewer must have been a Consumer Reports flunky, as the review looks very similar to the garbage CR has been spewing for years.
MY bottom line: everyone has an opinion. He (somehow) gets paid for his.
End of story.
