Daytime running lights.

I just removed the fuse #31 and relay #28 .... DRL's

Auto headlights still operate.

I do not drive after dark very often so I figure I will not have to replace any front "PIA" bulbs with only 32000 miles on the car now.

I have a White HHR so it is more easily seen.

Ok, pulling fuses and relays to defeat a safety issue is something we can not recommend nor condone.
If you are involved in an accident and your visibility to the other driver is deminished, and your are found at fault, be prepared for your insurance company to step aside and leave you holding the bag.
