Would I be allowed to have one, you see my SS is big, rear wheel drive, and has a 7 Liter V-8 under the hood.

I tried to cut those into the emblems on the SS , But it's D.O.T. issued reflector tape and is supper thick (A hard Plastic) and did'nt look rite , So they ended up on the computer.

That's good, I wasn't really looking forward to changing my name to Simon Sillypants just so I could get me an SS for the computer.

Definition of "rice"

I never liked the word "rice" because there are different layers to the word
people have called my show cars that in the past had Lambo doors, suicide doors and crazy one of a kind paint jobs "rice" and they were no pepboys
wantabees by any means and it hurts after spending that kind of $$.
You know the SS model wasn't out when i bought my car
i only had a choice of Lt & Ls & only black & white sometime i think i made the wrong decision.
But i still don't believe in putting fake stickers esp. that size bought on ebay on a car that truly does not have the guts inside to back it up SS turbo ect.
is wrong and people should speak up~
just my 2 cents...
Jeff

Honestly i get no respect, Guys will pull next to me in a POS and punch it , I watch , then light speed past them to kinda say , Be real dumb azz . And that goes for guys with fast cars too. Respect the new generation of the super sport ! I hope chevy sticks to the start turn and stop better for the SS bagging .

Agree...that's a shame that people called your showcars "rice"...to me that's blatant misuse of that word. I'm sure your cars were awesome and were true labors of love.

Nothing wrong with LTs and LSes, just with trying to brand them as something they're not.

I always thought "rice" refered only to Japanese cars all fixed up with fart cans and ridiculous spoilers and such. For example: Japanese motorcycles were called "rice rockets". Thus the Japan connection.
Hmm. Maybe I should broaden my opinions.
