After 5500 miles I still get that clicking noise from the exaust everytime I turn off the car.

That is just the exhaust heat shield cooling down. All newer cars do this.

Nothing to worry about...

We did I was not trying to double post. Its just that I thought after the first oil change it would go away. I'm just suprised that I have 5500 miles plus and its still making that noise.

It's going to depend on the ambient teperature outside. When it is warmer, the heat shield metal cools slower and you won't hear any noise. During the colder months, it cools much quicker and the noise is more apparent. Hope this clears it up some.

It does make more sense now based on the fact that is around 30 to 50 degrees around me. It all depends on what time i'm driving

ok so let me run this one by you guys...

when I'm in 2nd or 3rd right around 2500 rpm the engine will feel almost like it loses power for a second and then kicks back in...anyone know what this could be?
