Front Bumper Removal to install headlights?

Front Bumper Removal to install headlights?
Can anyone help me out with this? I have my Fall Editions here now and I was looking at my car and although I can figure it out Im sure I dpn't want to remove too much..... or skip an important step that someone here may have insight on....

this is a good thread to remove your bumper/headlights

the only thing i have to add is on the SS bumper there are 10 7mm bolts across the front underside that need to be removed
and 1 hidden fastener at the bottom of each fender well, between the liner and the fascia.

Do you (or anyyone else) know any kind of problem that may develop if someone were to paint the intercooler? Ive seen it at car shows but never asked anyone about it. Would it affect the cooling or some other function? Im pretty sure I would have to use high heat paint, but other then that?
