Yeah, that other dealer sounds like BS to me... Customer Service is #1. My grandpa had a Caprice who even replaced his wiper blades and repaired slight rust on the doors even when the cars was well out of warranty. He still buys his cars from them because of that!

Amazing what cr*p some will try to hand you. A headlight unit NOT sealed? Just how long would a halogen bulb hold up in an unsealed headlight ...

You were either talking to a complete idiot, or they were playing you for one. Good for you for not taking their word for it and going elsewhere. Be sure to fill out the customer satisfaction survey (if you get one)!

Just filed a complaint with GM

they took all the information from both dealers, took vin number, phone number and said they would report it to the dealership in question and the higherups in the company. Called them at 6 - can you believe that GM service already called me back to follow-up on it....wow ..., too bad I missed the call.
